On the morning of September 8, 2020, Liu Junmin, secretary of the Shangcai County Party Committee, led a team to go deep into some of the industrial projects under construction and put into production in the county's industrial agglomeration area to supervise and promote the construction of key projects. County leaders Zhang Jintao, Xiao Hongqi, Zhu Ruixia, Sun Daojing, Wu Juan, and heads of relevant departments participated in the event.
